本研究運用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process),探討求職者在選擇航空公司之評估準則及因素。過去研究主要以企業為出發點來探討企業應如何進行人才招募,但現今社會講求雙贏的局面,加之航空業勞力密集產業,對於招募的員工素質極為重視,因此本研究以航空業求職者之角度來探討選擇航空公司之評估準則,以作為航空公司招募人才之參考。透過文獻蒐集與歸納,以及求職者訪談,建立包含四大構面與八項因素指標之層級架構,緊接著,藉由問卷調查與程度比較分析將構面與因素進行排序,分析結果顯示,於構面方面,薪資福利與企業形象最受求職者所重視,而服務多樣化、薪資制度、外派機會等為前三項重要評估因素,因此,航空公司若能就此分析結果,設計對應的招募條件,將有助於該公司獲得所需的人才。
This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to explore the criteria and factors for job seekers in airline selection. In the past, the research mainly focused how to implement the recruitment from an enterprise perspective. However, the modern society stresses a win-win outcome. Moreover, the airline industry is a labor-intensive industry and thus airline companies require to recruit excellent employees. Therefore, this study explores the evaluation criteria of applicants in airline selection. Through literature review and interviews, a hierarchical structure consisting of four criteria and eight factors are established. Subsequently, the criteria and factors are evaluated and sorted by using questionnaire survey and pairwise comparison analysis. The analytical results show that payroll benefits and corporate image are most valued by applicants, while service diversification, salary systems, and expatriate opportunities are three important factors. Therefore, the airline companies can design the adequately recruitment conditions according to the analytical results such that the companies can obtain the expected employees.
