臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本文援用路易士‧海德禮物論述以及人本心理學理論，分析大衛‧艾蒙《史凱力》和《曠野迷蹤》中禮物流動的意涵。這兩本小說人物常透過贈禮克服死亡或失去的恐懼，書中人際交流也常以贈禮行為進行，其中的禮物值得探索。
令人感動的禮物促使小說中的青少年蛻變成長，使他們的內在天賦被激發出來，努力勞動生產回禮。回禮一方面是自我創造力的展現，一方面也幫助自我加入禮物關係的群體當中。本文分析令人感動的禮物通常有三個條件：一、贈禮者自願性費勁用心，二、禮物有投合收禮者的喜好或需求，三、持續收到相關的禮物。另外收禮人在蛻變到能回禮的過程中必須通過兩項內在考驗：一、消化禮物成為自己的體系，二、勇敢突破禮物舊有形式，以自我方式重新整合。
禮物一開始提供小說青少年養分、滿足他們的基本需求，當他們從單向依附的被動接受到主動給予禮物時，才能形成自己獨立的人格。本文最後歸結，個人的人格及天賦的完成，有賴他人的支持，同時個人天賦的發揮也可以引領社會進步，往赴循環。人與人透過彼此的互動交流，彼此都在塑造「人」的樣貌，禮物最終幫助思考自我與他者、環境整體相生相連的關係，而且提供一種可能性──彼此可以共存並且促成彼此的繁榮。

Drawing on Lewis Hyde’s and Humanistic Psychology’s theory, this paper analyzes Skellig and Kit’s Wilderness in terms of gift giving and gift metamorphosis . In Skellig and Kit’s Wilderness, David Almond presents a flow of giftexchange among interpersonal relations. The characters both overcome the fear of death and loss through gift giving, which is much more worth to explore.
Gifts may cause accepters to be obligated to return one; however, one could be inspired to change and work out one’s potentialities if the gift is really touching for him or her. When one is able to return or pass on the gift, one shows his or her own creativity, and at the same time helps individual get involved with the community. Gifts meet characters’ basic needs and help them grow up. Once when they give gifts actively rather than receive a one-way passive gift, they could form their own independent personality.
At the end of this essay concludes the accomplishment of individual's personality and talent depends on the support of others. Further more talented individuals can also lead the social progress, and facilitate a moving cycle of gift. Through the interaction between people shapes the appearance of "human". It’s a good opportunity to rethink mutual relation of self , other people and the natural environment, which could provide a possibility ── one can coexist with each other and contribute to each other's prosperity.
