本研究首先針對爬樓梯及踏步運動之健身器材,將其相關的學術期刊、論文及專利公報加以收集整理分類與分析,依據所收集之文獻的傳動機構與腳踝的運動軌跡來加以分類,並分析不同傳動機構設計的特性與差異,及探討不同的運動軌跡對使用者所產生的影響,再依據年代、地區來探討爬樓梯及踏步運動之健身器材的發展趨勢,作為後續階梯機設計改良的參考方向。
本研究主要是關於一種階梯機健身器材之機構設計,此設計之健身器材可用於爬樓梯運動方面,並藉由本型階梯機的動作方式,來讓使用者能夠達到爬樓梯運動的效果。本設計係利用滾輪配合滑軌之設計方式,並藉由近似半圓弧形溝槽的導引,來使本設計之階梯板能夠交替循環,另外,亦設計一組新型阻力傳遞機構,其係利用四連桿組傳動角的特性,配合阻尼器的使用,藉以協調左右腳的施力,來讓使用者左右重心轉換時,腳步動作能夠更為順暢。
This research collects and analyzes all kinds of stair exercisers from journal papers and patent publications. The stair exercisers are classified according to their mechanisms and trajectories of the ankle. This research analyzes the characteristics and differences of the mechanisms of stair exercisers and discusses the effects of the motion trajectories to users. According to the publishing dates and areas, this paper points out the development tendency of the stair exercisers, and provides excellent references to the design of future stair exercisers.
This research deals with the mechanism design of a stair exerciser to provide stair climbing effects to users. The new design utilizes sliding tracks, roller wheels, and semi-circular slots to guide the proper reciprocating motion of the stepping pedals. A new resistance-transmitting mechanism is designed based on the properties of the transmission angle of a four-bar linkage. This resistance-transmitting mechanism together with the dampers can ensure smooth weight transition and coordinate applied forces of both feet of the user during exercising.
