臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本文主要利用Färe et al. (1994)生產面Malmquist生產力指數（tfpch），再細分為生產技術效率變動指數(effch)、技術變動指數(techch)、純技術效率變動指數(pech)與規模效率變動指數(sech)等來評估台灣22縣市國民小學之效率與生產力。
在2012-2015年間，台灣22縣市國民小學管理無效率，是造成國小教育生產技術無效率的主要原因。台灣22縣市國小教育生產力指數effch、techch、pech、sech及tfpch平均值分別為1.002，0.975， 1.001 ，1.001及 0.977。代表在估計期間，受評估台灣22縣市國小教育是有-2.3%（＝0.977-1）的生產面生產力下降。台灣22縣市國小教育生產面總要素生產力指數（tfpch）前5名的縣市分別為臺北市、金門縣、苗栗縣、花蓮縣及屏東縣。

The study adopts the method of Malmquist Productivity Index (tfpch) developed by Färe et al. (1994) to estimate production efficiency and productivity for elementary schools in Taiwan. Malmquist Productivity Index (tfpch) includes technical efficiency change (effech), technical change (techch), pure technical efficiency change (pech) and scale efficiency change (sech).
From 2012 to 2015, the inefficient management of elementary schools in Taiwan majorly effects production inefficiency of elementary education. The average values of productivity index, effect, techch, pech, sech and tfpch, are 1.002, 0.975, 1.001, 1.001 and 0.977 respectively. It indicates that the tfpch productivity index of elementary schools in Taiwan has decreased about 2.3%.
