在未來，休閒農業區將朝向體驗、旅遊、景觀及在地文化等主題發展，以呈現台灣農業多樣內涵。因此，必須創造出優質經營環境、規劃及提升休閒農業區之觀光水準。接著進一步，促使國內休閒農業區邁向與國際接軌，不僅吸引更多國內遊客至地方遊玩，甚至是國外旅客慕名到國內各地休閒農業區參觀，以提升其知名度與增加其經濟收益，最後達到永續發展與經營之目標。
　　本研究主要目的為考評宜蘭縣與苗栗縣休閒農業區綠色旅遊之程度。為達到研究目的，故本研究以此Seven Greens為核心基礎，係參考顏建賢、邱鴻遠(2014)所建構之休閒農業綠色旅遊指標為架構，分別為｢綠色態度、綠色運輸、綠色景點、綠色社區、綠色體驗活動、綠色服務、綠色加乘」以上七項，及內涵共三十九項。
並邀請由業者、發展協會/推動管理委員會、農會/公所、縣政府、學者五方，以不同的角度進行各休閒農業區綠色旅遊考評。專家問卷共發出宜蘭縣地區84份問卷，而扣掉未在時間內寄回之問卷14份，共回收70份，回收率83 %；苗栗縣地區則發出45份問卷，其回收45份，回收率100 %。
研究結果發現，二十三家休閒農業區考評結果，在七項綠色旅遊指標下，排序第一為綠色態度，第二為綠色體驗活動，之後則為綠色社區、綠色服務、綠色景點、綠色加乘，最後均為綠色運輸。由此可見各地區以綠色態度最高，但運輸方面仍需加強，其他指標則仍須繼續維持與加強，故與國際接軌部分尚仍有段距離。
後續建議，可藉由本研究所考評之結果，依其休閒農業區綠色旅遊之符合程度高低，找出其中分數最高的休閒農業區，提供給相關產業與政府相關單位，做為日後推動焦點休閒農業區、地方休閒農業區做為執行與改善之參考依據。藉此，吸引國內遊客至當地遊玩，同時也能吸引外國旅客來台拜訪，並藉此深度體驗台灣寶島之美。

Leisure agriculture areas will develop toward the themes like experience, tourism, landscape and local culture to present a variety of contents in Taiwan agriculture. Therefore, we must create a high quality environment of management, plan and increase the tourism standard of leisure agriculture areas. Furthermore, we have to turn them into internationalization so that they can not only attract the tourists in our country but also foreigners. In this way, those leisure agriculture areas can increase their reputation and profit to reach the goal of sustainable operation finally.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the degree of green tourism of the leisure agriculture areas in Yilan County and Miaoli County. In order to reach the purpose, this study will use Seven Greens as a core-base that was referred to the framework of leisure agriculture green tourism indicators that constructed from Yen Chien-Hsien and Chiu, Hung-Yuan (2014). There are seven items in Seven Greens, like Green Heart, Green Logistics, Green Destination, Green Community, Green Activity, Green Service and Green Plus, and the contents in total are thirty-nine variables. Moreover, vendors, associations of development, Farmers' Association/ township office, county government and scholars were invited to evaluate the degree of green tourism in leisure agriculture areas from different perspectives in this study. In Yilan County, we had sent out 84 questionnaires and retrieved 70 valid questionnaires at last, a 83 percent return rate. Besides, in Miaoli County, we had sent out 45 questionnaires and retrieved 45 valid questionnaires at last, a 100 percent return rate.
Study result shows leisure agriculture area twenty-three evaluation results, at seven green tourism indicators, sorted the first Green Heart, the second Green Activity, then was Green Community,Green Service,Green Destination,Green Plus,finally Green Logistics.This shows that the region with the highest green Heart, but still needs to strengthen Logistics, other indicators will still need to continue to maintain and strengthen it with the international part of the distance still remains.
Follow-up suggested by the Study of the results of this study, according to their level of compliance with the degree of leisure agriculture area green tourism, figure out where the highest scores leisure agriculture area, to the relevant industry and government institutions, in the future to promote the focus of leisure agriculture area, agricultural area and improve the implementation of the reference. In this way, to attract domestic tourists to local tour, but also to attract foreign tourists to visit Taiwan, and to a depth of Ilha Formosa: Beautiful Island Taiwan experience.
