In Human society, for living, we must to negotiate to others. If we want to drink or eat, we must to get it by helping each other. Although that INTERNET is very convenient this time and even through that, after all, we must to negotiate to others to live in the world. Because we must to negotiate to others to live in the world, so that it’s important in relationship with others. If we have a bad relationship with others, It’s possible that we can’t get what we want. And that basic needs in that assure by others may not satisfied, and may cause Psychological disease. So It’s important to Human. So, this study is use that discussing data in Japan’s Parliament. By the content, according to the discussing is maked with purpose(ex: To request someone to help, Make someone assure opinion by oneself, etc); or the discussing isn’t maked with purpose(ex: Greet to someone, Say sorry to someone, etc) to make a category. In the Study, The Former is called 「Addition effect」, and the latter is called 「Independent using」 Relationship adjusting strategy. And Classifying the discussing data and make summary. Intent to know that what kind of the discussing is good in each other’s relationship; or what kind of the discussing isn’t good in each other’s relationship. By the result in the study, when we make someone to assure a request or a opinion(Make burdent to others),could say something that have advantages in myself and not have advantages in others to persuade others and make our purpose become success. And could make a good relationship with others by satisfying the basic need in others(ex: Assuring someone, Provide a condition good in others, etc). It’s a useful discussing technique that could use in everyday life.
