臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

衛生福利部電子病歷(Electronic Medical Records, EMR)自2009年開始已實施醫療影像及報告類、血液檢驗類、出院病摘類、門診用藥紀錄類及門診病歷類等五類電子病歷交換單張。
目前現況的電子病歷交換平台操作步驟繁多，且各醫療院所無法有效整合院內/院外電子病歷，因此透過電子病歷交換中心提供之EEC API，簡化調閱它院就醫電子病歷流程、整合院內外病歷查詢系統，透過資訊系統改善電子病歷平台查閱流程，提升跨院電子病歷查閱可近性，降低電子病歷平台界面操作不友善因素，提升跨院調閱電子病歷速度，減少醫護人員等待病歷下載時間，並進一步提供醫護人員行動化查詢病歷系統，以配合現在各醫院推動成為智慧醫院的目標。

Ministry of Health and Welfare has started the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) since 2009 on five categories: medical imaging & reporting、laboratory report、discharge summary、outpatient medication records, outpatient anamnesis.
Presently the operation steps of EMR exchange interface are complicated and
inconvenient. On the other hand, the medical institutions cannot find a way to integrate the EMR with inside or outside information systems appropriately and effectively. The purpose of this study is to take use of EEC API provided by EMR exchange center to simplify retrieving process of EMR from outside hospital, and to integrate its querying interface with systems within and outside hospitals. It also attempted to improve EMR’s querying procedure through information technology, enhance the accessibility of cross-hospital anamnesis querying, lower unfriendliness of operation platform, and reduce the time for downloading the anamnesis. Furthermore, this work develop and provide querying interface on the smartphone for medical staffs to achieve the goal of becoming a smart hospital.
