人類能站立行走是藉由雙腳提供適度的肌力,在進行激烈或快速的身體活動時,擁有良好的肌力與平衡控制能力,才能隨心所欲地進行各種活動。下肢肌力對於日常活動的獨立性扮演著非常重要的角色,因此平時對於下肢的更深入明瞭及保健非常重要的課題。
本研究針對15-24歲的青年為對象,量測身體要素包括性別、身高、體重、腳長與腿圍,探討變數對於個人下肢肌力的影響以及下肢肌力與步行速度的相關性進行研究。
實驗結果顯示有無運動習慣對下肢肌力與步行速度皆無顯著差異;性別對下肢肌力與步行速度均有顯著差異;年齡與步行速度之間存在著顯著差異;身高、體重、腿圍均對下肢肌力有顯著差異;腳長僅對外展肌力有顯著差異。進行皮爾森相關分析發現,外展肌力與內縮肌力存在著高度相關性(r = 0.818),下肢肌力與步行速度之間為低度負相關(r = -0.239,r = -0.252)。

Humans can walk and walk by providing moderate muscle strength through their feet. They have good muscle strength and balance control ability when performing intense or rapid physical activities, so that they can perform various activities as they wish. The lower limb muscle strength plays a very important role in the independence of daily activities, so it is a very important issue for the lower limbs and health care.
This study aimed at young people aged 15-24, measuring body factors including gender, height, weight, foot length and leg circumference, and exploring the effects of variables on individual lower limb muscle strength and the correlation between lower limb muscle strength and walking speed.
The results showed that there was no significant difference in the lower limb muscle strength and walking speed with or without exercise habits; gender had significant differences in lower limb muscle strength and walking speed; there was a significant difference between age and walking speed; height, weight and leg circumference were all on the lower limbs. There was a significant difference in muscle strength; the length of the foot was only significantly different from the muscle strength of the abduction. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a high correlation between abductor muscle strength and contractile muscle strength (r = 0.818), and a negative correlation between lower limb muscle strength and walking speed (r = -0.239, r = -0.252).
