PropertyEasy.com is designed to address issues caused by information asymmetry and provide mechanism for the actual parties to a real estate property transaction to communicate with each other. PropertyEasy.com employs cloud-computing technology and offers services through the cloud-based web platform, allowing the users to easily access the services provided by PropertyEasy.com at any time and from any location. This study evaluates the idea and logic behind the development of PropertyEasy.com and develops strategies for business growth by reference to numerous well-known business development and management strategies and principles.
