Human resource is one of most important resource, is very important factor decides development of each country, each area and development of each profession. According to World Health Organization, human resource is basic factor for every achievement of Medical service (WHO, 2006). Previous researches about job satisfaction of medical staff will ensure maintain enough human resource and increase medical service quality. (Aiken, Clarke, Sloane, Sochalski, & Silber, 2002; Grembowski et al., 2005) .On the other hand, job satisfaction of medical staff is also an important factor in evaluating effect of activity and effect of medical service (Tran, Van Minh, & Hinh, 2013). Assessing job satisfaction of nurse and identifying its related factors is a very important thing in situation of deficient of nurse resource all over the world nowadays and is foundation for proposing solution to keep and attract high quality nurse resource.
