Recent years, the level of destruction for environment damage is proportional to the number of people concerning the environmental issues. Even the consumers will confirm if the products or the service they are using is less harmful to the world. Therefore, the enterprises are paying more attention to green environmental management. They would like to practice the green environmental promises to customers in order to create a win-win situation between the economy and the environment.
The research on green issues in the past is less from the perspective of the enterprises. Therefore, this study is planning to focus on the top managers. Besides, the model includes the environmental leadership and attitudes of the top managers, the green core competence and the green entrepreneurship. At the beginning of the research, we proposed the five statements through the literature review, and then, with the mediation effect of the green core competence, discussed how environmental leadership of top managers and their environmental attitudes influence the green
Through the research, the results can provide managers with the reference framework on the green environmental management and the diagnose basis for the green environmental promises and green consumption in the future.
