吸收外部新知識以促成產品創新,是現代企業獲得競爭優勢的重要方法。本研究將吸收能力分為知識獲取、知識內化、知識應用、知識基礎與分享文化五個構面,以探討吸收能力對於產品創新績效的影響關係。透過文獻探討找出代表這五個構面的次構念,知識獲取的次構念有知識來源管道關係、技術門衛、標竿企業。知識內化的次構念是正式互動、書面化、非正式活動、部門間合作。知識應用的衡量構面只有應用知識的方法。影響知識吸收的知識基礎有兩項:先驗知識、員工背景多樣化。另外,影響知識吸收的分享文化分為群體內分享與群體間分享。由於過去研究偏重理論的發展,缺少實際管理方法,所以本研究發展實證問卷,期望能找出促進吸收能力的管理活動,作為企業提升創新績效的參考。

關於實證方面,本研究使用問卷的方式蒐集資料,以國內電子、資訊產業的研發部門為對象,獲得了116份有效問卷。使用結構方程模式驗證吸收能力的構面,及吸收能力與產品創新績效之間的相關性。研究結果發現,知識基礎與分享文化對於知識吸收階段能力的模式適合度與因徑係數皆達到顯著水準;知識吸收階段能力對於產品創新績效的模式適合度與因徑係數也都達到顯著水準,由此可知,知識基礎與分享文化對於知識吸收階段能力很重要;而知識吸收的階段能力對於產品創新績效也非常重要。最後,本研究的價值為整合性實證研究與明確定義吸收能力的管理方法,作為後續研究與管理實務的參考。
Absorbing the new knowledge of outside in order to facilitate products innovation, it was the important method that enterprises obtain the advantage competition. Five constructs that this research divides absorbability into acquisition, assimilation, exploitation, knowledge base, and sharing culture in order to probe into the absorbability influence relation to the products innovation performance. By literary reviewing, finding out the sub-constructs to probe into five constructs, sub-constructs of knowledge acquisition include: channel relationship of knowledge source, gatekeepers, Benchmark. It is formally inter-dynamic, documentation, informal activity, cooperating across departments, the four sub-constructs that knowledge assimilates include. The method only uses the ways of knowledge exploitation in measurement of the construct of knowledge exploitation. The knowledge base has two items: Priori knowledge, staff''s background diversification. The sharing culture has also two items: sharing inside group, and sharing among groups.

About the survey, this research uses the questionnaire to collect the data, regard domestic the R&D department of the information industry as the target. Use the confirmation factor analysis to verify the constructs of absorbability, and the relationship between absorbability and products innovation performance. Among overall model analysis, knowledge base and sharing culture have enough coefficient to knowledge acquisition, knowledge assimilation, and knowledge exploitation, therefore can know that knowledge base and sharing culture are important to knowledge acquisition, knowledge assimilation, and knowledge exploitation. However, knowledge acquisition, knowledge assimilation, and knowledge exploitation have enough coefficient to products innovation performance, therefore can know that knowledge acquisition, knowledge assimilation, and knowledge exploitation are important to the products innovation performance. Finally, the value of this research is combining past researchs and offering office procedure of absorbability clearly, reference as follow-up study and management practice.
