In order to enable emergency rescue technicians to perform non-invasive medical care to easily find out about the history of drug allergy, wound disposal, CPR treatment, respiratory treatment, disease history, drug treatment, rescue reasons, other treatments, rescue period, medical conditions, gender, etc. Information, this study used the database to establish a non-invasive medical care information query system combined with cloud computing to provide emergency medical technicians to perform non-invasive medical care, so you can use mobile phones to query the relevant reference. In this study, a systematic samples of non-invasive medical rescue cases of 2017 from the Nantun Detachment of the 6th Disaster Relief and Rescue Team of the Taichung City Fire Bureau were adopted. The detailed information analysis and consolidation statistics were conducted for areas of occurrence, age, drug allergies, wound disposal, respiratory treatment, medical history, drug disposal, rescue reasons, medical conditions, and gender. This analysis and summary of data allows the ambulance personnel to immediately access relevant information and carry on the necessary disposal when attending. Compared with traditional paperwork, it has a better effect, and the implementation of emergency ambulance has improved a lot of administrative efficiency. Such research applications can be extended to relevant fire-fighting units. Fire-fighting units can also be used to query various related businesses. As long as this structure is used as a basis, further adjustment of system functions to meet the needs of various units can bring a lot of administrative efficiency to the unit.
