Chinese traditional handicrafts occupy an important position in the history of cultural and artistic development. Ceramics are extremely important to all sectors of society and closely related to people's lives. Throughout history, the hand-made porcelain industry in the Ming Dynasty has a very important position in the history of Chinese ceramics. In the Ming Dynasty porcelain manufacturing, the porcelain industry represented by Jingdezhen relied on its own competitive advantages to make its skills and styles reach the culmination of ceramic art, becoming the only ceramic kiln in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Therefore, the porcelain industry has been transformed from the "One hundred flowers in the Song Dynasty" to the "Only one flower in the Ming Dynasty" in the Ming Dynasty. The town porcelain industry is the main research object. This study takes Jingdezhen in the Ming Dynasty as the background and combines Porter's diamond model as the theoretical basis, using historical research methods and literature analysis methods. According to the production factors, demand conditions, related industries and supporting industries, horizontal competition, opportunities and government, the literature analyzes and analyzes the literature, so as to study the competitive advantages of the Jingdezhen porcelain industry in the Ming Dynasty. And put forward relevant suggestions to provide a reliable reference for follow-up scholars.
