Sustainable concept has remarkably developed in scale and popularity nowadays and became an effective management tool for sustainable construction projects. Mongolian construction industry aims by the year 2030 to a build big amount of construction to point that it can implement sustainability in projects and it can become rolled out as a model to the developing countries. For achieving this, the Project Management engagement is significant when facing sustainable problems. Thus, Mongolia still has not any practice of completed green project in construction field. Thereby, the purpose of this study is to define the success factors of developing GPM in the construction industry of Mongolia. Basing on the previous studies, a theoretical model was presented to study the relationship between factors. Meanwhile, thirteen hypotheses were suggested to test the influence between constructs. The sample was collected by using a questionnaire survey of 155 participants in construction professionals in Mongolia. According to the analysis using SPSS, this study finds out the factors to provide successful implementation of green development achievements. Eventually, the result of this study will become a basis to develop GPM in the future.
