近期面對美中貿易戰愈演越烈,關稅壁壘,區域經濟架構協議…等,造成全球產業發展趨勢瞬息萬變,企業競爭模式隨之不斷調整改變,企業併購(Mergers & Acquisitions,M&A)變成了炙手可熱的一項策略工具選項,該過程中形成高工作壓力之環境下,公司員工增加焦慮及壓力,常言道員工是公司最珍貴資產,研究發現工作壓力會影響離職傾向,而高離職率會對公司造成許多不良的影響,值得企業界關切,因此其有深入探討之研究價值。
本研究之目的,旨在探討企業併購員工透過挑戰型及阻礙型壓力,對離職傾向之影響,本研究以國內光電面板產業並已完成併購之員工為問卷發放對象,有效問卷358份,回收率為71.6 %。本研究以驗證性因素分析檢視量表,並以結構方程模式驗證假設。研究結果顯示: 併購公司員工透過挑戰型壓力對離職傾向產生負向影響,而被併購公司員工透過阻礙型壓力對離職傾向產生正向影響。最後根據研究結果提出管理意涵。
Recently, the U.S.- China trade war is getting stronger and stronger. The global industry development trend is changing rapidly because of tariff barriers and regional economic structure agreements, etc., The business competition model is constantly adjusted and changed. Mergers & Acquisitions(M&A)has become a popular strategy. The company employees increase anxiety and stress in the process of high working stressor. We often say that employees are the company's most precious assets. The study found that work stress will affect the turnover intention. High turnover rate will have many adverse effects on the company, which was deserved concern from the business community, so it has the research value of in-depth discussion.
The purpose of the research wass to discover enterprises mergers & acquisitions through challenge and hindrance stressor impact on turnover intention. The study is based on the questionnaires issued by the employees of the domestic photovoltaic panel industry and completed the merger. There were 358 valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate was 71.6% , that were empirically analyzed by applying the methods. Statistical methods were adopted to test the hypothesis including confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation modeling. According to the result, M&A employees have a negative impact on turnover intentions through challenge stressor, and the employees of the acquired company have a positive impact on the turnover tendency through the hindrance stressor.
