臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

由於OGD(Open Government Data，OGD)計畫的推行，各國都紛紛的實施現這項計畫，各單位多半已有自己的開放資料平台，因為資訊公開帶來的政府透明化、效率化，以及產業界能夠蓬勃的能量，所以各單位開放的資料集隨著時間不斷增加。
但由於公開資訊的格式並沒有制式的規定，因而導致釋出的資訊格式欄位過於雜亂，且有些資訊欄位定義不同難以重新利用或一般民眾不知特定資訊的存在等等因素。由此可知這些開放性資料集格式欄位不一致，且各機關且欄位格式未統一，建立一個集中式管理的詮釋資料目錄平台，並彙整詮釋資料目錄(Metadata Catalog)、集中式目錄管理等方式，便於一般使用者透過網際網路連到中央平台，搜尋並取得所需資訊。

The OGD (Open Government Data, OGD) Plan of Implementation of the
implementation of all the the plan, the units are mostly the open information platform,
because the Government brought open information transparency, efficiency, and vigorous

But the public information format and there is no standard of released as a result of
information format fence too mess, and some information columns re-use different
definition of "difficult or the general public do not know specific information exists. It can
be seen these open information collection format fence, and the organs and fence format
not unity and establish a centralized management in the interpretation information content
platforms, and the convergence in the interpretation information content (Metadata
Catalog), centralized directory management, to facilitate the general users through the
Internet linked to the Central platform, search and obtain the required information.
