Everyone should have a successful attitude and approach, to regularly train themselves to be a person that able to solve the problem. Whether in the work or daily life, are to open mind to see the face of all this, we should enhance the energy of self-minded, and then have to develop the attitude of life attitude. The so-called mind is not with the attitude of criticism, in the moment there are intentions of self-awareness and focus. Is to focus entirely on the moment of personal experience at this moment, but people are convinced that optimism because of their own efforts to work, have the talent, good fortune, good luck, and so can produce better results of the factors. The purpose of the work is to make yourself happy, whether it is material feedback or from the work to get a sense of accomplishment. Thanksgiving is an emotional reaction, is the feeling of good people, is also a touch of life and pleasure of a state. In general, gratitude means that people can deeply feel the help of others in good faith and express their respect and gratitude to others. On the other hand, innovation should be the use of resources, to the latest production methods to meet the needs of the market, is the driving force behind economic growth, so innovation is to give resources to create new wealth of capacity, leaving the resources to maximize the effectiveness. Therefore, personal innovation is an important factor in organizational innovation, meaning that innovation is extended from the individual to the group, and finally extended to the organization, all the results of innovation are derived from personal innovation, from personal innovation to expand.
In this paper, the main purpose of this study is to explore the interaction between mindfulness, optimism, gratitude and personal innovation behavior, and to explore its relevance. This study is based on the workplace workers, a simple random sample survey, is expected to issue a total of 349 questionnaires. And the analysis of the reliability of the sample content and the analysis of the structural equation model (SEM) using SPSS 20.0 and LISREL 8.51 software analysis tools. The present study assumes the following: (1) people with higher mindfulness have higher optimism; (2) people with mindfulness have higher gratitude; (3) people with higher optimism have higher gratitude; (4) people with higher optimism have higher personal innovation behavior. Finally, this study provided some suggestions in both practical and academic fields.
