臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來伴隨網路科技的發達和電子出版的興盛，電子期刊迅速發展改變了傳統學術傳播的溝通方式。大學圖書館面臨期刊價格高漲的危機，同時電子期刊被大量引進並產生重大的影響。然而圖書館採購預算緊縮，加上電子期刊價格昂貴且計價多樣複雜，對圖書館經費負擔及採購人員作業上都造成極大壓力，如何選擇具效益且符合使用者需求的電子期刊，是大學圖書館採購決策的一大課題。
由於電子期刊選擇種類眾多，廠商推陳出新，藉由客觀的方法進行決策採購是可行的評估方式。本研究將大學圖書館電子期刊採購、電子期刊相關研究以及電子期刊的選擇與評估要素加以綜合分析後，將影響電子期刊採購決策區分為內容主題、檢索利用、使用技術、合約授權、廠商支援與價格模式等六大構面評估項目。問卷發放分為兩階段：第一階段採用德菲法，進行兩回合專家問卷提供電子期刊採購決策模式層級架構內容之確認。第二階段採用層級分析法，針對電子期刊採購決策層級之構面及評估準則，進行權重分析及優先次序。
本研究結果發現，在採購決策評估構面中，以價格模式構面所佔權重(0.297)最高，其次是內容主題(0.296)、檢索利用(0.155)、使用技術(0.108)、合約授權(0.08)以及廠商支援(0.064)；而採購決策準則優先序中，重要性影響較大前六項，分別是價格模式構面的計算方式與項目(1)、彈性價格政策(3)、聯盟的價格(4)，內容主題構面的讀者需求性(2)、收錄期刊內容品質(5)，以及檢索利用構面的檢索功能(6)等評估準則，可作為大學圖書館電子期刊採購決策時之考量依據。

In recent years followed the network science and technology developed and the electronic publication prosperity, the electronic journal rapid development changed the traditional academic dissemination communication way. The university library the crisis which surges upward faced with the journal price, simultaneously the electronic journals is introduced massively and produces the significant influence. The library subscription budget reduces, in addition the electronic journals price expensive also counts the price diversely complex, bears and subscriptions in the personnel work all to create the enormous pressure to the library funds, how chooses has the benefit also conforms to the user demand electronic journals, is a university library subscription decision-making big topic.
Because the electronic journals choice type is multitudinous, the manufacturer weeds through the old to bring forth the new, carries on the policy-making subscription because of the objective method is the feasible appraisal way. After this research the university library electronic journals subscription, the electronic journals correlation research as well as the electronic journals choice and the appraisal essential factor performs the generalized analysis, will affect the electronic journals subscription decision-making discrimination for the content subject, the retrieval use, the use technology, the contract is authorized, the manufacturer support and the price pattern and so on six big construction surface appraisal project. The questionnaire provide divides into two stages: The first stage uses the Delphi Method, carries on two round expert questionnaire to provide confirmation the electronic journals subscription decision-making pattern level construction content. The second stage uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), construction surface and the appraisal criterion in view of the electronic journals subscription decision-making level, carries on the weight analysis and the precedence.
This findings discovered that, in the subscription decision-making appraisal construction surface, accounts for the weight by the price pattern construction surface institute (0.297) high, next is the content subject (0.296), the retrieval uses (0.155), the use technology (0.108), the contract is authorized (0.08) as well as the manufacturer supports (0.064); But subscriptions in the decision criteria first foreword, the important influence is big the first six items, respectively is the price pattern construction surface computing mode and the project (1), the elastic price policy (3), the alliance price (4), content subject construction surface reader demanding (2), the including journals content quality (5), as well as the retrieval use construction surface retrieval function (6) and so on the appraisal criteria, may take time the university library electronic journals subscription decision-making the consideration basis.
