This study is based on ultra-fine Denier polyester fiber woven fabrics, developed for use in acoustic diaphragm materials. In the experiment, 20D polyester fiber was used as raw material. It was planned to change the structure of the fabric in the same beem head, and weaved eight kinds of diaphragm fabrics of different structural fabric weave . Both fine denier and high density properties fabric was difficult to weave, so we chose to weave with water jet loom. It can greatly reduce the cost of weaving and improve the quality. Through the difficulties encountered in weaving, the woven fabrics and the optimum weaving parameters are approached to the same density. Then, through desizing, scouring, finishing and heat setting, the fabric is hot pressed into a diaphragm by micro-coating knife、the resonance frequency and coefficient of variation are detected by the instrument. Before the speaker is assembled, the resonance frequency of the diaphragm can be known. The experimental results show that the 20 De polyester fiber is used as the raw material, and the vibrating fabric with the warp and weft density of 200*200 is woven. The resonance frequency and the CV% (Coefficient of Variation) are all less than 10%, indicating that the electroacoustic tester has a good density. It is known that the resonance frequency value of the diaphragm and the sound range conform to the use of the acoustic diaphragm material.
