With the improvement of living standards and the demand of consumers to attach importance to individual overall modeling, the extension of eyelashes has gradually become a necessary consumption for female consumers to improve their senses. Therefore, female consumers' acceptance of grafting eyelashes is also developed accordingly, bringing up the boom of grafting eyelashes in recent years and thereby enhancing the market demand. The primary function of eyelashes is the hair of the human eye protection mechanism, which is equipped with the body's self-protection mechanism of eye-closing reflex to protect the eyes from external invasion. However, there are numerous products and types of beauty ciliary products on the market at present, but consumers generally do not have enough awareness of beauty ciliary products, and excessive use of volatile organic substances will lead to injury and infection of their own eyes. The primary purpose of this study was to investigate consumers' perception of beautiful eyelashes and their actual perception and cognition after eyelash grafting. Therefore, a total of 400 questionnaires will be issued to obtain the data required by this study. A total of 359 questionnaires were collected, excluding 40 invalid surveys, 319 valid questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 79.8%. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS statistical software to verify the arguments one by one. In addition to discussing the related literature and understanding whether consumers are cautious about trichiasis, the results of this paper will be helpful for the practical reference of trichiasis consumers.
