  本文探討目前台灣歷史建築修復工作,有鑑於調查、設計階段的圖面與資訊紀錄多以報告書或幾何圖形傳遞,提出三點問題(1)過去元件分散建立通常只是線條幾何圖形或簡單文字敘述(2)調查記錄時,即使過去有許多元件、調查項目與內容類似,仍需重新建立(3)交付於建築師僅有2D圖說即使有數位模型,卻無參數化模型。元件沒有系統化的說明,沒有規律性準則與邏輯性的可視化與統計,不容易應用,沒有“選用”的規則,在資訊流通或大眾使用上(不同使用者:管理,設計,施工,業主等等)不易,沒有共通資料庫可以供選用。
  本研究目的為輔助歷史建築修復在調查階段的報告書書圖記錄、呈現與應用,研究對象以日式官舍建築為例,導入參數化工作流程建置BIM模型(as built BIM model)與開發本文創建Conserve Hub應用程式介面(Application Programming Interface ,簡稱API)輔助設計界面。本研究以案例分析法將報告書提取日式官舍建築重要特徵與資訊,作為後續建立參數化模型與元件欄位依據,提供元件搜尋追蹤延續的便利性,配合具有邏輯選用規則的API外掛界面開發,使用者可快速選取元件狀況將建模與紀錄資訊同一作業完成,包括於設計或施工階段時提供明細表應用,或透過亮顯快速查詢實際位置,以互動性的可視化操作強化傳統報告書之書圖記錄與呈現,在未來傳遞應用上因模型資訊化具有可持續累積流通使用能力。

This article explores the current restoration work of historic buildings in Taiwan. As the drawings and information records in the investigation and design stages are mostly transmitted by reports or geometric figures, and three issues are raised. (1) The separation of components in the past is only line geometry or simple text narrative. (2) During the investigation of records, even if there were many components in the past, the survey items are similar to the content and still need to be re-established. (3) Only 2D diagrams are delivered to the architect. Even if there are digital models in the diagram, there is no parametric model. As the components are not explained systematically, it is not easy to apply the components without any regularity, logic visualization, and statistics. In addition, with no “selection” rules, it is not easy to use them for information circulation or for the public (different users like management, design, construction, owners, etc.). Moreover, there is not a common database available for selection.
The purpose of this study is to assist the record, presentation, and application of the book and the diagram of the report book on historical building restoration in the investigation stage. With a Japanese-style official building as the research object, the parametric workflow is introduced to build the Building Information Model (BIM and assist in the design of the application programming interface. This study, based on the case analysis method, extracts the important features and information of the Japanese official building from the report as a basis for the subsequent establishment of parametric models and component fields, providing convenience for component search and tracking continuation. With an API plug-in interface owning logical selection rules, the user can quickly select the component status to complete the modeling and record information, including the supply of the schedule during the design or construction phase, or to highlight the actual query position in order to strengthen the traditional report book record and presentation with interactive visual operations. In future transfer applications, continuously accumulated use ability can be obtained due to model informatization.
