目的:研究隨機敏捷輔助訓練對於大專公開組羽球選手反應能力與反覆敏捷步法的效果。方法:男子公開組羽球選手17名男子自願參加實驗,分成控制組7人和實驗組10人。四週實驗期間,兩組均接受常態訓練,但是實驗組另外接受隨機敏捷訓練,使用燈光反應訓練系統(WITTY-SEM, Microgate, Italy),每週兩次,每次10分鐘。兩組選手在實驗前後實施前測與後測,項目包括5公尺三點隨機反應測驗、30秒羽球半場六方向隨機來回次數、30秒5公尺多重折返跑。前測與後測數值以混和設計二因子混合設計變異數分析進行統計,先檢驗交互作用,再分別針對兩組前後測數值進行相依樣本T檢定,統計顯著水準α訂為0.05。結果:統計分析顯示兩組在30秒半場六方向隨機來回次數前後測交互作用顯著,單純主要效果檢驗顯示實驗組前後差異顯著(p =.000),控制組前後測差異不顯著。此外,5公尺三點隨機反應測驗和30秒5公尺多重折返跑交互作用不顯著。結論:使用燈光反應設備所執行的隨機敏捷輔助訓練能提升羽球選手的敏捷步法,尤其是在隨機和持續反覆的情形下。可能的原因是訓練縮短了每一移動中大腦的處理時間,而這對於羽球選手在比賽中的跑動非常重要。
Aim: This study aimed to investigate the effect of supplementing random agility training on reaction and repeated agility performance of college badminton players. Methods:17 male athletes were recruited and assigned 7 players to the control group and 10 players to the experimental group. During 4 weeks period, both groups received regular training and only the experimental group took 10 minutes additional random agility training by using the WITTY-SEM system with light-response facilities (Microgate, Italy) twice per week. Pre-and post-tests consisted of 3-point random reaction test, 30 seconds of random repeated movement test, and 5-m multiple shuttle run test were taken before and after the training period. Data of the pre-and post-tests of the two groups were analyzed by using the mixed design of two-way ANOVA. Statistical significance level α was set at 0.05 for all analysis. Results: The training x time interaction was significant in the 30 seconds of random repeated movement test (p=.028), but not significant in the other two tests. The improvement of the 30 seconds of random repeated movement test was significant in the experimental group (p=.000), and not significant in the control group. Conclusion: The random agility training executed by using light-response facilities can improve the repeated agility of the badminton players, especially when the movements were randomly assigned and repeated multiple times. The improvement may be explained by shortening the execution time of the players in visual-motor reaction during each movement, which is crucial in a badminton match.
