This thesis is made a total of five chapters: Introduction, Theory of Valuation of Land Use Right, Methodology, Issue Analysis and Findings, and Conclusions and Recommendations. The major objectives of this thesis are to investigate the act of land use right valuation and to find solutions to promote the strengths and limit the weaknesses and take advantage of the opportunities and overcome the threats of Vietinbank. Respondents are customers who are using the valuation service at Vietinbank. Based on the results of analysis of SWOT matrix and statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the author offers some useful solutions and recommendations to improve the valuation of land use rights for Vietinbank regarding valuation process, valuation methods, collecting and Handling and analyzing information etc. Some recommendations are proposed to Authorized State agency, Vietinbank, and Vietinbank’s customers.
