摘要

水黃皮(Pongamia pinnata (Linn.) Pierre ex Merr),為豆科(Leguminosae),水黃皮屬(Pongamia),具治胃潰瘍、抗發炎、抗熱病等效用。
本研究是由水黃皮果實及花部之丙酮萃取液中,經矽膠管住層析共分離出下列化合物,分別是:piperonylic acid、friedelin、phytosterols (campesterol, 7.37﹪、stigmasterol, 30.64﹪、β-sitosterol, 61.99﹪)、phytosterol glucosides (campesteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 5.12﹪、 stigmasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 60.78%、β-sitosteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 34.10﹪)、lanceolatin B、pinnatin、pongaglabrone、kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside (nicotoflorin),並藉由光譜分析及化學方式確認其結構,其中piperonylic acid為水黃皮屬植物文獻中未曾報導的成份, pinnatin由台灣產水黃皮之豆莢和種子得到,為文獻上首次報導。
Abstract

Pongamia pinnata Linn. Pierre ex Merr (Leguminosae) is a large deciduous tree widely distributed in the subtropical regions. It is also often planted in garden, seashore and roadside. In folkloric reputation for medicine, this plant has been used for treating gastric ulcers, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activities.
From the acetone extracts of the fruits and flowers of this plant, eight components were obtained by column chromatography. These compounds are piperonylic acid、friedelin、phytosterols (campesterol, 7.37﹪、stigmasterol, 30.64﹪、β-sitosterol, 61.99﹪)、phytosterol glucosides (campesteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 5.12﹪、 stigmasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 60.78%、β-sitosteryl-3-O-β- D -glucopyranoside, 34.10﹪)、lanceolatin B、pinnatin、pongaglabrone、kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside (nicotoflorin). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectrometric and chemical methods. This is the first report of the isolation of piperonylic acid from the Erythrina together with pinnatin from the fruit of this plant.
