本論文研究之目的在於第三方物流(3PL)企業綠色物流競爭優勢之探討。由於全球化的發展趨勢,加上世界環境問題的日趨嚴重,致使綠色物流的產生。本研究探討綠色物流的活動有那些、綠色物流的法令政策、企業綠色方針,企業考量的因素指標。以案例FT公司的客戶與潛在客戶做調查進行分析,找出FT公司應著力及改善的項目,以提供其綠色物流方面的品質,增加其市場的競爭優勢。
本研究依據文獻探討建構假說,H1:綠色物流方針對綠色物流活動有正向影響。H2:綠色物流成本對綠色物流活動有正向影響。H3:綠色物流成本對綠色物流方針有正向影響。問卷調查後藉由結構分析法(SEM)進行分析,得到結論建議物流管理者需藉由源頭管理的能力,透過物流管理善用物流的聯合資源以強化本身的綠色物流能力。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the competitive advantages of Green Logistics in Third-Party (3PL) enterprises. Due to the developmental trends of globalization, as well as the deteriorating environmental issues around the world, green logistics has emerged as a result. This study analyzes the activities, the regulatory policies, the corporate green measures and the factorable indexes in corporate considerations of green logistics. Using the company FT as an example, this paper conducts analytical surveys on its existing and potential clients. The study aims to point out the improvable areas in order to increase the company FT’s competitive advantages of green logistics within the industry.
This paper utilizes the literature review to construct hypotheses. The first hypothesis states that the green logistics measures have positive impacts on the activities of green logistics. The second hypothesis states that the costs of green logistics have positive impacts on the activities of green logistics. The third hypothesis states that the costs of green logistics have positive impacts on green logistics measures. After conducting questionnaires by utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method for the analysis, this study arrives to the conclusion that the administrators of logistics industry need to rely on the managerial abilities of the source providers. By managing properly the collective resources under the standard logistics management guidelines, the capabilities of the green logistics enterprises would be greatly enhanced.
