企業在簽核上,往往會遇到很多流程,如何讓流程電子化,是一個相當值得探討的議題,在電子化流程中,可從中得知目前流程的主導者與流程目前的狀態,後續可以進行查閱與得知相關資訊,電子簽核不但可以幫助企業快速提升效率,也可以讓企業組織內部人員不需要透過電腦進行簽核,只需要持有手持式行動裝置即可進行電子簽核,打破以往只能在辦公室內操作,大幅度的縮短簽核時程。
本研究主旨在探討影響電子簽核之使用者意圖因素,採用計畫行為理論為基礎,並結合科技接受模式與過去文獻所提出影響電子簽核的相關變數分別為「知覺風險」、「信任」、「安全顧慮」作為研究模式,藉此深入探討影響電子簽核APP的關鍵因素。分析結果如下:
一、電子簽核APP使用者的知覺有用性、知覺易用性正向影響使用態度,進而影響電子簽核APP的使用意願。
二、電子簽核APP使用者的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制正向影響行為意圖,進而影響電子簽核APP的使用意願。
三、電子簽核APP使用者的知覺風險與安全顧慮負向影響行為意圖,進而影響電子簽核APP的使用意願。
四、電子簽核APP使用者的信任正向影響行為意圖,進而影響電子簽核APP的使用意願。
五、電子簽核APP使用者的信任負向影響知覺風險,進而影響電子簽核APP的使用意願。
六、電子簽核APP使用者的安全顧慮負向影響信任,進而影響電子簽核APP的使用意願。
The process of signing off documents usually requires companies to perform several procedures. To save on time and effort, the electronic approach to these procedures is worthy of discussion. In the electronic process, one can learn about the leader and the status of the current procedure. Thereafter, one can inspect and acquire relevant information. Electronic sign-off not only helps companies to improve efficiency, it can also allow people in the organization to sign off the documents without a computer, breaking the traditional idea that a sign-off must be done at the office. In the proposed scheme, the employees only need a mobile device to carry out the electronic signature, significantly reducing the time required to perform a sign-off. This study explores the factors that influence a user’s willingness to use an electronic sign-off application or app based on planned behavior theory combined with the technology acceptance model, as well as previous studies that have proposed relevant variables in the influence of electronic sign-off. These variables, including perceived risk, trust, security concerns, and others, which have been used as research models, are used to further explore the key factors of using an electronic sign-off app. The following results of the analysis are presented.
1.The perceived usefulness of the app and its usability can positively affect users’ attitude in using the electronic sign-off app, and further influence their willingness to use the app.
2.The attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control of users can positively affect their behavioral intention in using the electronic sign-off app, and further influence their willingness to use the app.
3.The users’ perceived risk and security concerns can negatively affect their behavioral intention in using the electronic sign-off APP, and further influence their willingness to use the app.
4.The trust of users can positively affect their behavioral intention in using the electronic sign-off app, and further influence their willingness to use the app.
5.The trust of users can negatively affect their perceived risk in using the electronic sign-off app, and further influence their willingness to use the app.
6.The users’ security concerns can negatively affect their ability to trust the electronic sign-off app, and further influence their willingness to use the app.
