ERP「企業資源規劃」 (enterprise resource planning) 系統的實施可以大幅地提升管理效率與有效地管控企業內部的關鍵流程。本研究的目的為探討開源之ERP「企業資源規劃」系統於中小企業實施之可行性（包括了技術、操作與經濟可行性）。本研究所採用的開源ERP「企業資源規劃」系統為Odoo 9社群版。Odoo ERP「企業資源規劃」採三層式架構與網頁基礎的系統。本研究透過訪談，瞭解案例廠商的現況與進行分析，並提出了一個整合性的解決方案，其中包括了作業流程之擬定、Odoo ERP「企業資源規劃」系統模組之選擇與設定、庫存政策之規劃、模擬上線與營運管理儀表板之應用。最後，在系統上線後進行效益評估。本研究已將案例廠商的資料導入Odoo ERP「企業資源規劃」系統並模擬上線實施。模擬上線的結果顯示Odoo ERP「企業資源規劃」系統可建構一個整合資訊的環境，藉由營運管理儀表板與管理報表，可以提供經營者即時掌握營運資訊，並做為管理與決策時的參考依據。此外，Odoo ERP「企業資源規劃」系統所提供的情境流程可以符合中小型企業的需求。最後，Odoo ERP「企業資源規劃」系統上線後仍須持續進行微調以達到「上線成功」的目標。

The implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system can greatly improve the management efficiency and effectively control the internal essential processes. The purpose of this study focuses on the implementation feasibility of an open source ERP system for a small-medium scale enterprise (SME). This study used the Odoo ERP community 9th version that uses three-tier architecture and is a web-based system. This study surveyed and analyzed the current status of a studied enterprise by using interview, and then offered a total solution, which includes the planning of operation processes, the parameter settings of Odoo ERP system for the used modules, planning of inventory rules and design of management dashboard. This study have simulated and implemented the Odoo ERP system by introducing real-data. The simulated results of this study indicated that a manager can handle the operation information and can make some decisions by using the management dashboard and reports. Moreover, the business scenario that provided from Odoo ERP system is suitable for a SME’s requirements. Finally, Odoo ERP system should fine-tune to achieve implementation success.
