本研究目的為企業要如何建構綠色供應鏈之供應商績效評估機制，研究方法採用AHP架構，評估綠色供應鏈時的四大構面，「環境面」、「管理面」、「技術面」、「財務面」之評估，欲了解業者對各構面的重要度。
本研究過程，請10位專家與業者接受問卷調查，以專家權重法中「效率值」加以歸一化，求出專家權重再請10位專家用20個子評估因素對受評廠商求出「共同權重」，再將專家權重法與共同權重法求出的值得知，受評單位的10個廠商總效能值。
本研究結果發現，影響最適綠色供應鏈廠商遴選的構面以「環境面」權重最大、其次為「管理面」、「技術面」與「財務面」，廠商排名分別為 「廠商九」、「廠商三」、「廠商八」、「廠商十」、「廠商四」、「廠商一」、「廠商六」、「廠商七」、「廠商二」、「廠商五」。

This study purpose is how to select the best Suitable Survey Method of The Supplier of Green Supply Chain. This study collects a lot of papers to choice the best way to research.
In the research, AHP form was applied to study the best Suitable Survey Method of The Supplier of Green Supply Chain by four aspects are technology aspect; management aspect; environment aspect, and the financial aspect with making the importance to supplier.
In order to get the Experts Weight Analysis, ten Supplier of Green Supply Chain experts were invited to fill in the questionnaire. The performance indicators Efficiency Value was added and normalized. According to the common weight which 20 sub-factors against supplier to take values. Then, have 10 suppliers total Efficiency Values with Expert weight method and Common Weight method.
The results show that the best Suitable of The Supplier of Green Supply Chain aspect focus main environment aspect, secondary is management aspect, then technology aspect, and the financial aspect with making the importance to supplier. The prioritizing are supplier 9; supplier3; supplier 8; supplier 10; supplier 4; supplier 1; supplier 6; supplier 7; supplier 2 and supplier 5.
