臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

線紗捲取機是將絲棉線或塑膠射出後的織線，加以纏繞而成之紡織用經緯線筒，將半成品的原物料依序捲取至紙管上，以做為後續高速連續性機台之生產所需原料，在整台線紗捲取機中最重要的零件是排紗器，而排紗器中的關鍵零組件則是排紗螺桿。因此排紗螺桿加工技術的優劣，其關係着機器整體運轉的速度、精度與滑順與否。本研究係建立排紗螺桿之製程、品質與生產效率的改善方案，進一步地達到螺桿精度提高、縮短銑削時間、延長銑床刀具壽命、降低生產成本等；在以往之加工製作時較不重視效率、精度和成本等製程上的問題，然而在面對競爭壓力下，目前幾乎所有產業的生產方式，都非常強調成本效益。因此與加工製程相關眾多的知識皆有待建立，而本研究亦即以何種加工製程可讓排紗螺桿之製程最佳化，以符合生產效率及成本是目前急需解決之關鍵技術。
本論文以田口法規劃實驗以找出單一品質特性之製程參數最佳化，再應用灰關聯分析將多重品質特性轉換為單一性能指標，即灰關聯度，並應用灰關聯度找出整體製程之最佳化參數，加以實際切削驗證其可靠性，結果顯示其趨勢非常相近。

When formerly processing manufacture does not take the efficiency, Precision and cost makes in the regulation the question
However in faces under the pressure of competition. At present the nearly all industry''s production method, emphasizes the cost benefit.many this kind has been related many knowledge to wait for establishing,I.e. by what kind of manufacture processing system of regulation optimization the row of gauze screw rod, conforms to the production efficiency and the cost is the present urgently needed solution the key technologies.
Discovers the quality characteristic system regulation parameter optimization by Taguchi parameter design method. Transforms again using the grey relationl analysis the multiple quality characteristics into the sole performance index, this is grey relation grade.
Finally confirmation this research institute establishes the accuracy, the result demonstration grey relationl analysis result and the actual cut experimental result''s tendency is the same.
