Due to the climate change, urban planners changed their previous thinking and proposed new plans to use green space and public space as a runoff distribution. However, in our long-established cities, limited green space and open space are still not enough to bear the large scale. With heavy rainfall, the roads are planned as PLAN B, which means that we must sacrifice traffic to protect the city. In addition, it may also bring about problems caused by traditional embankments. Therefore, I hope to use biomimicry design to find common ground in each other, reduce the risk of runoff sharing, and at the same time, the traffic in the city can continue to operate.
