　　顧客對欲報廢之嬰兒車之處理方式不外乎丟棄或贈送他人使用，在丟棄方面，因顧客對於嬰兒車之組裝不甚熟悉，進行資源回收分類者少之又少；在重覆使用方面，由於婦女平均育兒數下降，且生育年齡逐年提高，經濟能力較穩定，使現代父母較捨得花費較多金錢於嬰兒身上，故嬰兒車之重覆使用率亦不彰顯。近年來，顧客對於產品品質之要求愈來愈高，再加上環保意識高漲，對於不合用或使用後之產品，皆希望透過廠商回收處理，使得逆向供應鏈活動日益增多；另外，各國政府亦紛紛制定環境保護之相關法令，更促使逆向供應鏈成為供應鏈管理上逐漸被重視之議題。

　　基於嬰兒車之使用習慣，及環保意識崛起，本研究將以個案研究法，探討H公司如何妥善處理其逆向供應鏈產品，以能於兼顧顧客滿意度之考量下，同時履行社會責任，並遵循相關之法律規定。

　　經由探討H公司逆向供應鏈執行過程及其效益後，本研究提出以下結論：
　　一、H公司實施逆向供應鏈前之採購策略僅著重於正向供應鏈方面。
　　二、H公司基於追求高品質之售後服務、履行企業社會責任、以及符合相關法令及規範，著手執行逆向供應鏈之採購策略。
　　三、H公司對於逆向供應鏈之執行活動，主要係採4R活動加以處理，且其處理流程較過去學者定義之逆向供應鏈流程為簡化。
　　四、執行逆向供應鏈之過程中，產生一些困難，如：回收產品之數量及時間之不確定性、退還之產品仍可使用、倉儲空間有限，使庫存成本增加、與回收廠商之品質標準不一；H公司亦提出各種解決方案，如：以正向供應鏈產出量預測逆向供應鏈產品量、加速逆向供應鏈產品之處理作業、慎選回收廠商…等。
　　五、H公司逆向供應鏈之有形效益有限，但內含之無形效益無可計數。

再經由研究結論，本研究提出以下建議：
　　一、將逆向供應鏈作業委外處理。
　　二、將逆向供應鏈資訊電腦化。
　　三、進行逆向供應鏈之成本控管。
　　四、設定逆向供應鏈之關鍵績效指標。
　　五、進行顧客教育與推廣。
　　六、政府機關支持。

　　Customers are used to disposing the strollers they don’t use anymore directly, or give it to others (reuse). In the case of disposal, because customers aren’t familiar with the assembly of the strollers, so few of them will recycle the strollers. In the case of reuse, because the birthrate has been decreasing, and the ages of the parents has been increasing, parents have strong economical base and are willing to spend more money on baby products, so reusing the strollers also isn’t common.

　　Base on the special using preference of strollers and the importance of environmental protection, we apply case study method to explore how Company H deal with its reverse supply chain (RSC) products in order to not only maintain its customer satisfaction, but also fulfill corporate social responsibility and obey the related laws.

　　After exploring the RSC processes of Company H and its benefits, we have the following conclusions:
　　1.Before Company H applied the RSC processes, they only focused on forward supply chain.
　　2.In order to pursue higher quality of after-sale service, fulfill corporate social responsibility and obey the related laws, Company H began applying RSC processes.
　　3.The RSC processes of Company H are focused on 4R activities.
　　4.There were some difficulties on applying RSC processes, for example: the number and timing of RSC products are uncontrollable, the RSC products are still usable, the limitation of warehouses, and the different quality standard with recycle company.
　　5.The tangible benefits of RSC are limited, but the intangible benefits are infinite.

　　We also have following suggestions:

　　1.Outsource the RSC processes.
　　2.Computerize the data of RSC.
　　3.Control the cost of RSC.
　　4.Set KPI for RSC.
　　5.Customers teaching and popularization.
　　6.Support for government.
