Construction noise is one of the control items under "Noise control law" and only control item with equipment control standard. This thesis is investigating the effect and influence to residential area after construction noise control has been carried out.
From the statistics analysis of noise pleading cases, to understand situation and control problem of construction noise, to investigate the noise level of construction machinery operation with actual noise tested. With study of construction machinery features, and questionnaire answered by resident and construction worker, to analyze the level of influence construction noise is to residential area and their viewpoint to construction noise control law. Review on the implementation of construction noise control, give suggestion for improvement.
The conclusion of research indicates, the noise level of most construction machinary do not meet the control standard. Environmental protection organization has not punished the violators effectively, those engage in the business are more than willing to improve, the residential area near the construction site is seriously disturbed, improvement awaits governmental assistance and guidance.
