　　本論文之研究重點在於高雄市商業空間結構之分析，由高雄都會區之商業整體發展預測及現況分析落實到中心都市的高雄市。本文運用了複迴歸及修正的經濟基礎理論做為總人口之預測，由此再經現況資料所建立的漢生(HANSEN)模型做為分派之工具，目的在預測未來的商業總樓地板面積及土地使用面積，並參考未來之重大計畫。如:凹子底副都心之開發，大坪頂新市鎮之開發或未來計畫人口之投入等等做整個研究之衝擊分析。另一方面則利用因子分析及群落分析兩個研究方法建立高雄都會區之商業階層體系，建立現況之階層後並為其階層體系預測，最後由現況之商業機能分析，面積及土地使用預測，階層體系建立及預測，和現在及研擬中之高雄市都市計畫中之商業空間結構做一比較，同時提出本研究之高雄市商業空間結構構想。因此本論文之主要研究內容有：
　　(1)建立高雄都會區商業階層。
　　(2)預測未來高雄都會區商業總樓地板面積及土地使用面積。
　　(3)未來重大建設對其商業活動之衝擊研究。
　　(4)分析高雄都會區商業機能活動及分佈情形。
　　(5)建立高雄市之未來最適商業空間結構。

　　This study emphasizes on the analysis of spatial structure of commercial activities in Kaohsiung city. The Mutiple-Regression analysis and modified "The Economic Base Theory" are used predict the future population. Besides, the HANSEN MODEL is used to allocate predicted business floor area and land area into each zone of the city. Following that, several policy inpact analysis are simulated , Such as "AU CHI DI Sub-CBD. Development Project" . "TA PING TING New Town Development Project" and "Optimal city planning population". Then this study used the method of Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis to build up the Business hierarchies and to predict its development tendency. Finally, from the analysis of current business function activity , this study forecasts business floor area and land area, establishs its hierarchies and predicts the develpoment tendency. All of the above study results then were compared with the future of city planning of kaohsiung (Especially about the business spatial structure). By the way Providing this study suggestion and planning case about the Business Spatial structure of Kaohsiung city. So, This study has the following main contents:
　　(1)Establishment the business hierarchies of Kaohsiung Metropolitan.
　　(2)Prediction the future business floor area and land area of Kaohsiung Metropolitan.
　　(3)Simulation and analysis the policy impact about the business activities in Kaohsiung Metropolitan.
　　(4)Analysis the business function activities and its layout pattern in Kaohsiung metropolitan.
　　(5)Establishment the future optimal business Spatial structure of Kaohsiung city.
