Using the indirect field-oriented control method in induc- tion motors can eliminate the characteristics of time-varing , coupling and nonlinear in dynamic equations . Thus it can be obtained the linear relationship between torque and current . The speed response will also be fast. Since a great number of calculation is needed by the indirect field-oriented control method. The time to executein the controller will be affected. In this thesis , the plug-board current hysteresis-controlled PWM VSI is used as drivers for the state of fast response. And two different methods of control system are both used here.The first one written by Turbo C language as control program is executed on the PC AT 486, insertd 8255 card as I/O ports , to get the control way with ease and convenience.In the other one, DSP , the digital signal processor , is used as the controller coinciding with hardwares outside to achieve the state by means of TMS320C30 sigle chip. The benefit using the plug - board drivers is to exchange different drivers easily. And the control program for the first controller is of easy- understanding , easy-writing . It can not only save the time for developing software but simplify hardware circuit outside. The other controller can improve the response of the first one and improve that of system in addition.
