In this research we try to recognize the single- day-loading capacity reliability of reservoir. The containment of this research selects the zero dimentional water quality model to analysis the loading capacity of BOD , TN, and TP under the water quality standard or eutrophication cretical concern- tration. We also estimate the year-loading of BOD , TN and TP and allocate them to each single days of the year to calculate the capacity of reservoir. At the end of this research, we use the Zun Vin reservoir as an example. The example shows that the distribution curves of capacity and loading are mostly log- normal distribution or Pearson type five distribution. We can see the mutual relationship of capacity and loading by putting both curves on the same coordinate. By this research we can also estimate the water quality situation of each month. The example shows that the BOD capacity reliability which is a better one can reach to a degree about 73%, but the capacity of TN and TP are both terribly bad which at a degree below 20% at Zun Vin reservoir. To reach the "Goal Capacity Reliability", we must process a reduction of pollutant amount. Summer and autumn have a better capacity reliability during a year. In spring, because of low volume and outflow of reservoir water, resulting the low capacity. The reliabity is worst in the year.
