學習曲線的理論，從開始發展到今日的應用，已確定了它的存在價值，現
今世界各大飛機製造公司也都認定了它的重要性，並且相繼資助研究計畫
，以便能更進一步地發展學習曲線的理論與應用。自1936年T.P.WRIGHT發
表第一篇有關學習曲線文獻以來，迄今已五十餘年，然而仍無法發展出一
套確切的法則或理論來應用於任何共同的學習曲線之上，因為曲線斜率的
變動，是受到多重因素影響的結果。本研究乃是針對學習曲線在飛機結構
組裝的應用上作探討，經過各區段的實證分析（Empirical）， 推導出全
機裝配學習曲線，並根據各區段異常現象作探討，歸納出影響學習曲線的
有關因素，由於各家公司的主客觀環境不同，如文化、國情、民情、組織
與管理制度等等的差異，其產品的學習曲線亦不完全相同，經過本研究的
分析發現，國內現階段飛機結構組裝學習曲線的斜率大概在75%到95%之間
變動，雖然以經驗值為基礎所推估的學習曲線計畫值，應視為實際時間的
近似值，然而最後反應出的實際各點，並不需完全要落在計畫曲線上，但
一定要配合整個生產計畫，而有下降的趨勢。

This study on learning curve application is specifically
focusing on aircraft structural component assembly in
Taiwan. Through empirical analysis, actual improvement
trend, deviations, and factors to affect learning curve for
each indivisual component were identified. Studies made in
aircraft structure assembly line at present time have shown
the curve percentages range from 75% to 95%, it shows the
decreasing cost required to accomplish any repetitive
operation. It Represents Two Facts;(1)the time to do a job
will decrease each time the job is repeated, (2)the amount of
decrease will be less than each successive unit.
