本文之研究是本小組四年計劃第二年要推動的工作,其目的是探討如何將
柴油主機之不平衡力和力矩的傳遞加以控制;在確知雙重裝置阻抗質量(
Mi)和隔振器之勁度(Ki)與阻尼(Ci)的有效值範圍後,佈裝減振系統。研
究之重點在於此一垂向阻振雙重裝置乃是裝在船體雙重底結構上,而船體
振動是全體協調一致的;船體樑在縱立面內的自然振動模態很多,但因主
機在機艙內位置之差異,其與船體樑間之聯合振動結果亦不同。在主機轉
速改變下設法找出聯合振動的動態放大倍率,求解船體樑頻率反應以及選
定適當的參數(Mi,Ki,Ci)均是有待突破的瓶頸;另外對於可變阻尼主動控
制阻振器之原理亦將探討之。

This is the 2nd year project of four year research plan for
the study of transmission of vibration and progation of noise
aboard ship. In last year the unbalanced forces and
moments of multi-cylinder marine diesel engine have been
solved by the self coded software with known firing order,
max. explosive pressure of each individual cylinder at
various running speeds of the engine; these generalized
harmonic forces are assumed to be the loads of excitation on
the elastic ship girder, such that the frequency responses of
the ship girder can be found. Refering to the result shown
above, the double mounting isolation system will be studied in
order to reduce the transmissibility between engine site and
double bottom of ship girder at given running speed. In the
system an impedance mass (Mi) is introduced , and various
elastically coupled isolation lumped parameter damping units
(Ki,Ci) would be attached to (Mi) above and underneath, in
controlling above parameters the transmissibility can be
handled actively. The major obtacle could be incountered are
the solution of nonlinear, coupled, forced vibration problem of
ship girder at different running speeds and corresponding mode
shapes as well as the primary invistigation of actively control
of isolators.
