試驗一選取1日齡商用肉雞(Ross) 144 隻,公母各半供試,試驗雞隻於5
日齡時分別做不同溫度處理,分別為 5 日齡熱處理組(36±1℃,24小時)
及對照組(未熱處理),試驗二選取1 日齡商用肉雞(Ross) 64 隻 , 公母
各半供試 ,試驗雞隻在15、16 日齡時分別做不同溫度處理,分別為15
、16 日齡各一次熱處理組(36±1℃, 8小時/日)及對照組( 未熱處理
); 試驗三選取1日齡商用肉雞(Ross) 64 隻公雞供試,試驗雞隻在5、6
、15、16 日齡時分別依試驗設計做不同溫度處理,分別為5 日齡熱處理
組( 36± 1℃,24小時) ,5、6 日齡各一次熱處理組( 36±1℃,8小時/
日) , 15、16 日齡各一次熱處理組 ( 36±1℃, 8小時/日)及15 日齡熱
處理組( 36±1℃, 24小時) ,三個試驗之雞隻於上市前(43 日齡) 進行
高環境溫度處理( 36± 1℃, 8小時),而試驗期0至2 週齡依一般育雛方
式保溫,試驗期間飼料及飲水均採任食,試驗至43日齡止。驗一、試驗二
之結果顯示,熱處理組於熱處理後直腸溫度有較對照組高之趨勢; 處理期
間之體增重及採食量亦顯著較少 (P<0.05) 。 15、16 日齡各一次之熱處
理組,熱處理後至21 日齡之隻日增重 及隻日飼料攝食量顯著較對照組
少(P<0.05)。兩試驗之飼料轉換率均以熱處理組顯著較差(P<0.05),但試
驗全期之隻日增重、隻日攝食量及飼料轉換率,處理間均無顯著差異。於
上市前熱緊迫處理時,5日齡熱處理 組之存活率顯著較對照組高(P<0.05)
, 15、16日齡各一次熱處理組之存活率亦有較高趨勢,43日齡熱緊迫後
死亡雞隻之存活時間在熱處理組皆較對照組延遲。血液性狀方面,兩試驗
熱處理組之甲狀腺素濃度皆顯著較對照組高(P<0.05),試驗二熱處理組之
血球比容顯著較對照組高(P<0.05),血漿中總蛋白含量熱適應組母雞顯著
較對照組高( P<0.05 ),熱適應組之球蛋白亦顯著較對照組高(P<0.05),
血漿中葡萄糖、鉀、鎂、鈣、無機磷等之濃度及血液pH值,二處理間皆無
顯著差異。
In trial 1, One hundred and forty-four day old commerical
broilers (Ross ), 72 male and 72 female, were selected. Each
sex of birds were divided into two treatments which were
(1) control ( no heat treatment ) and (2) 5 days old heat
treatment (36±1℃, 24hr/day). In trial 2, Sixty four com-
merical broilers(Ross), 32 male and 32 female, were selected.
Each sex of birds were divided into two treatments which were
(1) control (no heat treatment ) and (2) 15、16 days old heat
treatment ( 36±1℃, 8hr/day ). In trial 3, Sixty-four day
old male commerical broilers (Ross) were selected and divided
into four treatments which were (1) 5 days old heat treatment
(36±1℃, 24hr/day) (2) 5、6 days old heat treatment(36±1℃,
8hr/day) (3)15、16 days old heat treatment (36±1℃, 8hr/day)
(4) 15days old heat treatment(36±1℃, 24hr/day). There were 9
replicates with 4 birds in trail 1, and 4 replicates with 4
birds in trail 2 or trail 3. Feed and water were supplied
~BI2;ad libitum.~BI1; The experimental period was 1-43 days
trail. In trail 1 and trail 2, the results indicated that
the heat treatment had increased rectal temperature,
and decreased ( p<0.05 ) the daily gain and daily feed
intake of birds during 5 days old. The daily gain and daily
feed intake of 15-21 days old were significantly decreased(
P<0.05) when birds were treated with heat at 15、16 days
old. In comparison with the control group, birds that
received heat treatment at 5 days old or 15, 16 days old
had better livability and delayed mean living time when
theye exposed to heat stress during 43 days old.
