本研究主要是探討飛灰、爐石對生豬糞中COD 及氨氮之穩定效果以及不同
穩定程度的生豬糞混合物其土柱淋洗期間之污染物釋出情形。實驗結果顯
示生豬糞以飛灰及爐石穩定化處置時,養護初期穩定化機制概以吸附作用
為主,此時飛灰因吸附能力較好故其穩定效果較爐石為佳,且生豬糞之
COD及氨氮間會與飛灰、爐石產生競爭吸附之現象。隨養護天數之增加,
污染物之穩定化作用概以矽灰反應所產生之包封/匣限作用為主,此時飛
灰及爐石共同添加時由於其矽灰反應較能完全進行故其穩定化效果較好。
然而隨飛灰、爐石之添加量提升時,由於含水率較低造成生豬糞中污染物
溶出量增加,反而不利於生豬糞中污染物之穩定。由土柱淋洗之結果得知
,淋洗初期時污染物之釋出速率以未穩定化之生豬糞混合物較高,但在淋
洗末期時則發現初期穩定化效果較佳之生豬糞混合物其污染物釋出速率較
大,而養護時間較長之生豬糞混合物其污染物之釋出量較低。除此之外,
本研究亦發現土柱淋洗期間污染物之釋出行為會影響到土柱中VS之分佈。
養護 3天之生豬糞混合物因其污染物釋出較快,使得土柱中VS含量分佈較
為均勻,但經14天養護後之生豬糞混合物因其污染物釋出速率較慢,故會
造成土柱中VS含量隨土柱深度增加而有遞減之趨勢。

Raw swine manure was mixed with fly ash and slag for the
stabilization of COD and ammonium in this study. Batch and soil
lysimeter leaching tests were performed to evaluate the
stabilization efficacy. Batch leaching test results showed that
in the beginning of curing, stabilization efficacy of the
additive was mainly due to the adsorption of the hydroxylated
surface of metal oxides. Inaddition, there was a competition
between the adsorptions of COD and ammonium,and the
stabilization efficacy of fly ash was better than that of slag.
As curing time increased, the stabilization mechanism turned to
fixation/ capsulation resulted from the pozzolanic reaction of
metal oxides . At longer curing time, the manure stabilized
with both fly ash and slag obtained better stabilization
efficacy. At high additive dosage, water content of the
stabilized mixture was too low, and consequently stabilization
efficacy of the mixture was poor. As curing time increased, it
was found that stabilization efficacy of the manure mixture was
improved, and leached out pollutants of 14-day cured mixture
were less than that of 3-day cured mixture. From the results of
soil lysimeter leaching test, 3-day cured mixture released
pollutants faster than 14-day cured mixture in the beginning of
leaching, but the result was in contrary at longer leaching
time. Furthermore, the pollutants leaching rate of stabilized
mixture would affect volatile solid(VS)distribution in soil
lysimeter.Pollutants leaching rate of 3-day cured mixture was
fast, and consequently the distribution of VS was homogeneous
in soil lysimeter. On the other hand, pollutants leaching rate
of 14-day cured mixture was slow, then the content of VS in
soil lysimeter decreased as depth increased.
