  本研究主要的目的是探討目標難度及不同回饋方式對五專女生登階表
現及目標接受的影響。受試者為致理商專的女學生 (N=150),並依目標難
度(困難目標、容易目標 )及回饋方式 (正向回饋、負向回饋)隨機分派至
各實驗組及控制組等五組 (n =30)。結果顯示:(1) 在登階表現上,困難
目標組的受試者顯著高於容易目標組及控制組,而正向回饋組的表現亦顯
著高負向回饋組及控制組,而兩種實驗處理對受試者登階表現並沒有產生
交互作用影響。 (2)受試者在各實驗階段目的標接受方面,困難目標組的
受試者顯著高於容易目標組,正向回饋組亦顯著高於負向回饋組,而兩種
實驗處理在各實驗階段對受試者的目標接受亦沒有產生交互作用影響。本
研究結果延伸了 Locke的目標設定理論,但部份假設未獲得支持,仍需進
一步探討。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of
goal difficulty and feedback style on junior college female
students'' step performance and goal acceptance. The
subjects of this study were 150 female students of Chih-Lee
Commercial Junior College. According to the goal
difficulty (difficult goal vs. easy goal) and feedback style
(positive feedback vs. negative feedback), the subjects were
randomly assigned to four experimental groups and one control
group. The findings showed: (1) With regard to the subjucts''
step performance, the group with difficult goal was better
than the group with easy goal, the group with positive
feedback was better than the group with negative feed- back,
while the two treatments did not have any inter- action effect
on subjects'' step performance. (2) With regard to the goal
acceptance during the experimental stages, the group with
difficult goal was better than the group with easy goal,
the group with positive feedback was better than the group
with negative feed- back, but the two treatments did not
have any inter- action effect on subjects'' goal acceptance. The
results extended Locke''s goal-setting theory. Owing to some
hypotheses could not get support,further investigations are
necessary.
