時間延遲在控制系統是非常重要的問題，因為它經常發生在各種工程系統
，而且常是系統不穩定的來源之一。所以本論文將探討如何分析及穩定時
延系統。我們有以下幾個主要結果：一、我們提出一些指數穩定的條件，
用來判斷不確定等量時延系統是否具有指數穩定的特性。二、兩個指數穩
定的準則被提出來，用在無記憶的狀態回授控制上，使得不確定之大型等
量時延系統具有指數穩定的特性。三、我們提出一個和時延相關的穩定準
則，用來設計分散式的控制，使整個閉迴路的大型時延系統可以穩定。

The problem of time-delay in control system is very
significant, since it is frequently a source of instability and
oftem encountered in various engineering systems. In this
theses, we discuss how to analyze and stabilize time delay
systems. And we have the following main results. 1. We propose
some criteria to ensure the exponential stability of the
uncertain commensurate time-delay systems. 2. Two criteria are
proposed to ensure that the uncertain large scale commensurate
time-delay system with memoryless state feedback is
exponentially stable. 3. A delay-dependent stability criterion
is presented to assign decentralized control laws such taht the
stability of closed loop overall time-delay systems cna be
guaranteed in the presence of unceratain perturbation and time-
delay.
