經文獻探討綜合歸納出高(中)職工業類科職業道德教育內涵(德目) 計三十項,以此德目為內容抽樣調查企業(製造業)管理人員及工業類學 校教師,對其培養需求(重要性)的看法,調查結果,兩種樣本對這三十 項德目的培養需求,皆評定為重要等級以上,其可做為高(中)職工業類 科職業道德教育,發展課程和教學材料之重要參考,且可做為發展學生 「職業道德觀念」及「職業道德判斷」量表之依據。研究者續依相關文 獻探討及前述調查結果,發展「高(中)職工業類科學生職業道德觀念、 職業道德判斷及其相關因素」問卷,並經預試修訂完稿後問卷各量表信 度、效度良好。繼而抽樣調查中部地區公私立高(中)職工業類科日校一 至三年級男女學生。重要研究結果為:學生的職業道德觀念,屬於趨向 成熟正確,其職業道德判斷階段整體看來大都集中在階段四 (即法律與 秩序導向,以恪遵法律為重) ,約佔五成九;不同背景變項學生的職業 道德觀念和判斷發展情形大都有顯著的差異,且許多背景變項、父母教 養方式、學校生活與學習知覺等與其職業道德觀念和判斷都有顯著的相 關。綜合觀之,學生的職業道德觀念和職業道德判斷發展情形受其學校 生活與學習知覺及父母教養方式影響最大。據此研究者分別針對學校的 師生關係、潛在課程、職業道德教學、學生的職業道德實踐及父母的教 養等提出多項具體建議,並對後續研究提出許多建議。
This study emphasized on two parts. In the first part, the author generalized thirty items of vacational-ethics''s educa- tional contents by reviewing literatures. According to those thirty items of ethics,the author surveyed the opinions of the supervisiors of manufactural interprises and of the teachers of vocational industrial education about the importance and the needs of those vocational ethics''s instruction.The results of part one indicated that those thirty items of vocational ethics are important to the students of industrial major of vocational school and high school and can be the objects of developing vocational ethics''s instructional material. In the second part, the author used those thirty items of ehtics to developed a questionnaire which was used for surveying the students'' vocational ethics''s concept and judgement develop- ment. And then, The results of part two indicated two points, the first point was that the average of the students'' voca- tional ethics''s concepts tend to marturity and there are some variables, including age ect. significantly relating to the students'' ethics''s concepts. The second point was that by re- viewing the average, the development of students'' vocational ethics''s judgement stays on stage 4th which is "the law and order orientation" in terms of Kohlberg''s moral judgement theory. there are some variables significantly relating to vo- cational ethics''s judgement, for example, age ect.. Accroding to the findings, the author offered some suggestions to school and family education.
