本論文的主要研究目的，係以討論南方國家經濟問題之成因並提出拉近南
北差距的對策。本論文特別著重非經濟因素對南方國家經濟問題的影響藉
以全面了解南方國家經濟問題之成因。本論文在研究方法上以科際整合法
為主。透過社會學、政治學、人口學及氣候學等不同領域學科對南方國家
經濟問題之看法。並結合傳統國際政治經濟學對南方國家經濟問題之看法
做為本論文最主要的研究架構。本論文共分以下六章：第一章：導論。第
二章：國內因素對南方國家經濟之影響。第三章：戰後列強之外交政策對
南方國家經濟的影響。第四章：國際經濟因素對南方國家經濟的影響。第
五章：結論。

The main purpose of this study is discussing the causes of
economic problem in South Countries and point out the counter-
measures that to reduce the gap between the North and South.
This study emphsis on the non-economic elements which influence
the South Countries economic problem. Main structure of this
study is Interdiciplinary Approach. Through the Sociology,
Anthropology and other subjects' views and combine traditional
international political economic research to be the major
framework of this study. The framework of this study is
composed five chapters as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction.
Chapter 2: The economic impact of domestic elements on South
Countries. Chapter 3: The impact diplomatic policy of power
nations on South Countries. Chapter 4: The economic impact of
international elements on South Countries. Chapter 5:
