本研究針對香煙燃燒後在室內環境中的粒狀污染物之粒徑質量濃度分佈進行探討。結果發現,在一間 3.7坪和風速 0.025m/s的房間中,點燃一支香煙時,總粒狀污染物濃度為 61.9微克/立方米;點燃五支香煙時為 355.2微克/立方米;其濃度之高低受香煙點燃支數、室內通風情況之影響;至於粒狀污染物之粒徑分佈以粒徑《0.8微米為主,所佔比例為 63.1%,及以危害最大之可吸入性的粒狀污染物居多數。而燃煙期的平均粒裡,點一支煙和點五支煙均為 0.31微米左右,平均粒徑有隨時間增加兩增大的趨勢。
The objective of this study was to realize the particle size and mass distribution of environmental tobacco smoke(ETS):
The method of this study used PC-2 Model QCM cascade impactor as the particle analyzer, and it could get real-time particle size and mass distribution.
The results were summarized as follows:
(a)The total particle concentrations was 61.9 μg/w3 when one cigarette was smouldered in a 34.87m3 room, but five cigarettes smouldered simultaneously contributed 355.2 μg/m3 to indoor particle concentrations. (The surface area of the room is 12.24m2 and wind velocity is 0.15m/s. )
(b)The particle size of the ETS was predominant with particle <0.8μmin diameter, and these fractions was 63.1% .
(c)The total particle concentrations varied with the number of cigarette being smouldered, the air exchange rate of the indoor space with the outdoor air, and the wind speed.
(d)The mass mean diameter of the size distribution was about 0.31μm during the cigarette smouldering and it increased by time.
