We prepared the YBa2Cu3Oy films and YBa2Cu3Oy/PrBa2Cu3Oy (YBCO/ PB CO) superlattices onto the SrTiO3(001) substrates in an off- axis RF magnetron sputtering system. The powder X-ray diffraction showed that the films were c-axis epitaxially oriented. Measurements of both the longitudinal resistivities and the Hall resistivities for a YBa2Cu3Oy films as a function of temperature for different J and B are shown. We found that, for the same Lorentz force J×B with different J and B, neither ρxx-T norρxy-T curves would follow the same trace in the mixed state. The data suggested that both J and B affects the transport behaviors of YBCO films in the mixed state. How the transport current density affects the behavior was investigated in this work. In addition, we investigated the angular dependence of critical current of a YBCO/PBCO superlattice and the results are discussed with the 2D Kes and 3D Tachiki models.
