The purpose of this study is to develop an on-line non-contact scanning measurement technique in the five axes of a machining center.The measuring facilities used are the FANUC 15M machining center,two axes rotary tables and the non-contract laser displacement meter(LC-2320). On the hardware interface the speed of measurement is increased for directly controlling the PLC of the machining center, and in the measuring path as a cutting path combination with the laser displacement meter in order not to compensate for when the probe finishes on-line checking. For the probe prerogative error Newton''s divided- difference interpolating polynomials compensating data were used ;then,an algorithm of the Cubic Spline was used to display the measured data.
