將陰乾的地上部切碎,以甲醇熱迴流萃取、過濾,濾液於減壓下濃縮後,再利用氯仿、正丁醇、分別與水進行分配萃取。將各分配層於減壓下濃縮,然後利用管柱層析、薄層層析及再結晶等方法分離純化。其得到82個化合物,其中75個經光譜分析及化學方法,鑑定其化學結構為:capillarisin, 7-methylcapillarisin, 6-demethoxy capillarisin, 6-demethoxy-4'-methyl capillarisin, cirsilineol, cirsimaritin, chrysoeriol, artemisidin-A, velutin, artemisidin-B, viceninII, vitexin, isorhamnetin, quercetin, kumatakenin, isorhamiietin-3-O-β-D-galactoside, quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-robinobio-side, quercetin-5-glucoside, isorhamnetin-5-glucoside, quercetin-3-robinobioside, luteolin-7,3',4'-trimethyl ether, hesperidin, liquiritin, capillin, capillene, O-methoxycapillene, capillaridin -A,-B,-C,-D,-E,-F,-G,-H, scoparone, isosabaudin, artemicapin-A, 6-metboxy-7, 8-methylenedio-xycoumarin, isoscopoletin, scopoletin, artemicap in-B,5,7,8-trimethoxy coumarin, 5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin, arscotin, artemicapin-C, leptodactylone, scopolin, aesculetin, isoscopolin, fraxinol methyl ether, alkyl p-hydroxycinnamate, methyl 3,4-dihydroxycinnamate, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid, methyl 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamate, 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy cinnamic acid, methyl p-hydroxycinnamate, trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid, methylparaban, vanillin, 3,4-dimethoxy benzoicacid, resacetophenone, vanillic acid, 2,6-dimethoxybenzoqinone, quinic acid-4-O-coumarate, chlorogenic acid, (+)-sesamin, 9-β-xylopyranosyl-(+)- isolariciresinol, pluviatide, honokiol, phytal, 13(2)-hydroxy(13(2)-R)pheophytin b,13(2)-hydroxy(13(2)-S)pheophytin a等化合物。其中artemisidin-A和-B,capillaridin-A,-B,-C,-D,-E,-F,-G,-H與artemicapin-A,-B,-C,-D,-E等15個化合物為天然界首次發現之新化合物。
從本研究所得之化合物中,發現臺灣產之茵陳蒿與日本產茵陳蒿之capillarisin含量相差甚多。因此,在生藥利膽的藥理活性是否有所差異值得加以討論。然而,在本植物正丁醇層中,首次由茵陳蒿分離得到含量甚多的isoscopolin。因此,是否對於利膽利尿等藥理活性有所影響,則有待進一步藥理試驗加以證實。


Fractionation and chromatography of the methanoi extract of the aerial part of Artemisia capillaris Thunb afforded two new flavonoids : artemisidin A and B ; eight new phenylalkynes :capillaridin A~H ; five new coumarins : artemi-capin A~E, together with sixty known compounds : capillarisn, 7-methylcapillarisin,6-demeth-oxycapillarisin,6-demethoxy-4'-methylcapilla-risin, cirsilineol, cirsimaritin, chrysoeriol, velutin, viceninll, vitexin, isorhamnetin, quercetin,kumatakenin, isorhamnetin 3-O-β-D-galactoside, quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-robinobioside, quercetin-5-glucoside, isorha-mnetin-5-glucoside, quercetin-3-robinobioside, luteolin-7,3',4'-trimethyl ether, hesperidin, liquiritin, capillin, capillene, O-methoxycapillene, scoparone, isosabaudin, 6-methoxy-7,8-methyl-enedioxycoumarin, isoscopoletin, scopoletin, 5, 7,8-trimethoxycoumarin,5-hydroxy-6,7-dimeth- oxycoumarin, arscotin, leptodactylone, scopolin, aesculetin, isoscopolin, fraxinol methyl ether, alkyl-p-hydroxycinnamate, methyl-3,4-dihydroxy cinnamate, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid, methyl-4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamate, 3-hydr- oxy-4-methoxycinnamic acid, methyl-p-hydroxy cinnamate, trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid, methyl-paraban, vanillin, 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid, resacetophenone, vanillic acid, 2,6-dimeth-oxy benzoqinone, quinic acid-4-O-coumarate, chlorogenic acid, (+)-sesamin, 9-β-xylopyranosyl (+)- isolariciresinol, pluviatide, honokiol, phytal, 13(2)-hydroxy(13(2)-R)pheophytin b, 13(2)-hydro-xy(13(2)-S)pheophytind。
The structure of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Moreover, the biological activity of these compounds are currently under investigation。
