The purpose of this study was to determine three following analyese (1) To determine if there is any specific(EMG) effect on different body parts of an imager through the psychological process of internal and external imagery perspective. (2) To determine if the imagers are under a relaxation state during the internal and external imagery perspective. (3) To determine the effect of "Self-Suggestion relaxa- tion method" on an imager''s physical state. Advanced, (N=12) male handball students from secondary school teams were randomly assigned to this study. All of them had been professional trained for over three months and their imagery vividness were above aver- age level. This study was using Within-Design, so all the participants have to go through four differ- ent periodic tests; (a) the baseline of pre-relaxa- tion . (b) the baseline of after-relaxation. (c) the imagery perspective of internal or external. (d) the imagery perspective of external or internal. The instruments used for this four tests were based on Autogenic System-Biofeedback (two EMG modules; skin temperature and qalvanic skin response) and Dynaprog 527. One way ANOVA analysis two way ANOVA analysis were used as data and statistic analysis for this study. After all the tests we found: the baselines of the participants galvanic skin response and skin tem- perature were significantly higher and habitual hand''s EMG effect was lower after self-suggestion relaxation than berore( P<0.5) ,and the baseline of middle deltoid''s EMG was obviously higher during the internal imagery perspective than before/ after relaxation and external imagery prospective(p<0.5); the EMG (P<0.5) of habitual hand''s middle deltoid in internal imagery was signifi- cantly higher than un-habitual hand in internal imagery and habitual hand in external imagery (p<0.5).
