  近年來,由於終生教育與生涯理念積極被倡導,遂使生涯發展與規劃成為當今社會所關切的課題,而今日的資訊軍官肩負著整個國軍的資訊來務研發革新與精進的重責大任,加上近年來國軍中、高階軍官晉昇管道嚴重壅塞,造成資訊軍官無法有人類資訊人力定位,導致部份接受過完整資訊教育人才無法適才適所,間接浪費國軍人力資源。此外,建立明確、清楚的事業生涯目標可以提高其事業生涯滿意的機會。不同行業生涯定位的人對於工作的選擇、工作的滿足程度、對組織的承諾程度都可能有所不同。由於資訊軍官在國軍現代化之過程中所扮演的角色異常重要,因此其衍生出本文的研究動機。
  本研究之主要研究目的乃在於探討國軍資訊軍官的事業生涯,藉由對資訊軍官的個人屬性、事業生涯階段、事業生涯定位、工作滿足與組織承諾之間的關聯程度瞭解,以提供相關建議作為國軍人事決策單位制定人事政策之參考,同時讓國軍資訊單位新進軍官及原屬軍官瞭解現況,以對個人未來事業生涯問題,提早做好規劃。
  經研究結果發現,國軍資訊軍官並未因其異於一般民間資訊人員的特質而影響到其對工作的滿意程度以及對組織的承諾程度,惟卻有不少的年輕資訊軍官對其未來彰途並不抱持樂觀的態度,以致影響到其對組織的留職承諾,因此,本研究乃針對這種情形對國軍相關決策單位提出一些建議,期能解決上述所產生的一些問題。
  Owing to the promotion of the perpetual education and career idera, the development and design of career have become an essentially concerned subject of today''s society recently. Therefore, the Information Officers of Military bear a tremendous responsibility in innovating and refining their information operations. Moreover, because the middle nd high rank officers'' promotion have been seriously jammed, the information officers can''t achieve an appropriate career stage. And military unit can''t effectively distinguishing various information manpowers. These factors cause part of the talents who have educated integrate information courses can''t get proper position and waste human resource indirectly. In addition, to build definite and cler career goal can promote satisfaction concerning their carrer. On account of Information Officers'' important role in the process of modernization, the motivation of researching the paper is originated thereby.
  The main aim of the research the paper is to explore the career of Military Information Officers. By means of understanding the relation between personal property, career phase, carrer orienttion, job satisfaction, and organization commitment, it offers related suggestions of setting up policy to military personnel decision unit, and provides relevant circumstance for new or original officers to regulate their career in advance.
  From the outcome of the reserch, we find that with different vocational characteristic from that of general infomation employees, Military Information Officers do not change the commitment to their work under the inluence. But young Information Officers keep dubious attitude to their future, and it affects their continuing employment to organization''s commitment. Therefore, the research offers numberous suggestions to military authorized decision units for solving some problems generated by above.
